S'mores Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4.5 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 0.125 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk chocolate chips
  • 4 tsp. marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp. chocolate sauce

Putting it together

  1. 1.Crush 4 whole grahams finely; place in medium bowl. Stir in sugar and baking powder. Add butter and egg; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. 2.Spoon into 2 (8-oz.) microwaveable mugs sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Let stand 1 min.
  3. 3.Break remaining graham piece in half. Top desserts with marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce and graham pieces.
