Ingredients
- 12 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams
- 2 pkg. white baking chocolate, (4 oz. each), melted
- 1.5 tsp. sugar, white decorating
- 12 small chocolate-covered mint patties
- 12 pretzel sticks, broken in half
- 24 mini candy button eyes
- 12 sprinkles, carrot-shaped
- 36 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Putting it together
- 1.Place grahams, with sides touching, in single layer on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- 2.Spread with melted chocolate; sprinkle with sugar.
- 3.Top with remaining ingredients to resemble 12 melted snowmen as shown in photo.
- 4.Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
- 5.Break into 18 pieces to serve.
Tips and Tricks
Substitute: Substitute chocolate-covered cookie dough bites for the chocolate-covered mint patties.
Substitute: Substitute small round candies or round sprinkles for the chocolate chips.
Substitute: Prepare using 8 oz. melted white candy coating wafers.
