
Ancho-OREO Cookie Balls

Ingredients
- 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. ancho chile pepper powder
- 20 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups), divided
Putting it together
- 1.Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs. Add remaining to sour cream mixture; mix well.
- 2.Shape into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Roll in reserved crumbs. Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.
- 3.Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
