  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
  • 36 <a href=" https://www.snackworks.com/brands/oreo/">OREO Cookies</a>, finely crushed
  • 48 chewy caramels in milk chocolate (about 1 [10.6-oz.] pkg.)
  • 4 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. coarse sea salt

  1. PREPARATION

    Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  2. Shape into 48 (1-1/4-inch) balls; press to flatten.
  3. Top each with 1 caramel; wrap cream cheese mixture around caramel to completely enclose caramel. Re-roll into balls.
  4. Place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.  Freeze 10 min.  Meanwhile, melt baking chocolate as directed on package.
  5. Dip cookie balls in melted chocolate; return to baking sheet.  Let stand 1 min.; sprinkle with salt.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.  Keep refrigerated.
