- 1¼ cups milk

- 1Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2Spray 8-inch round pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom of prepared pan with parchment; spray parchment with cooking spray.
- 3Reserve 3 cookies for later use. Crush remaining cookies into fine crumbs; place in large bowl. Stir in baking powder. Add milk; stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
- 4Chop 2 of the reserved cookies; sprinkle over batter in pan. Place remaining cookie in center of batter.
- 5Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted around cookie in center comes out clean. Cool dessert 5 min. before transferring dessert from pan to wire rack. Cool to desired temperature.
