
Frozen Peanut Butter Turtle Pie

Ingredients
- 18 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups crumbs)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tub (8 oz.) cream cheese spread
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping
- ¼ cup caramel ice cream topping
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate
Putting it together
- 1.Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 2.Beat cream cheese spread, peanut butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add whipped topping; mix well.
- 3.Spread caramel topping onto bottom of crust; cover with cream cheese mixture.
- 4.Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- 5.Top with nuts just before serving. Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie.
