
Lemon OREO Glitter Cookie Balls

Ingredients
- 6 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 30 OREO Lemon Creme Cookies, finely crushed
- 16 oz. white candy coating wafers, melted
- ½ cup gold-colored sprinkles
Putting it together
- 1.Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended; shape into 40 (1-inch) balls. Place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 10 min.
- 2.Dip cookie balls in melted candy coating; roll in sprinkles. Return to baking sheet.
- 3.Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

How to Store:Keep cookie balls refrigerated.
How To Make Cookie Pops:Shape cream cheese mixture into balls as directed. Dip 1 end of lollipop stick in melted candy coating, then insert into cookie ball. Place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with additional lollipop sticks and remaining cookie balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip cookie pops in remaining melted candy coating, then decorate as directed.
Substitute:Substitute white sugar crystals for the sprinkles.
Substitute:Prepare using yellow coating wafers, or substituting melted white baking chocolate for the melted candy coating.
Note:If coating becomes too thick to coat the cookie balls, add up to 2 tsp. shortening to the melted candy coating wafers before using to coat the cookie balls.
