- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 5 pkg. (8 oz. each) brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs

- 1Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 min.
- 3Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add melted chocolate and sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
- 4Bake 1 hour 5 min. to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
- 5Refrigerate 4 hours.
