- 1½ cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 10 OREO Cookies, chopped
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ tsp. vanilla

- 1Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl.
- 2Bring sugar, honey and butter to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
- 3Add to oat mixture; mix well. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4Refrigerate 1 hour before cutting into bars.
