- 1Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2Place 1 cookie in each of 24 paper-lined muffin pan cups.
- 3Prepare cake batter as directed on package; spoon over cookies.
- 4Bake as directed on package for cupcakes; cool 5 min. Remove cupcakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
- 5Remove and discard paper liners from cupcakes. Arrange cupcakes, with cookie sides up and sides touching, in football shape on platter.
- 6Spoon chocolate frosting into pastry bag fitted with large star tip; use to pipe frosting onto cupcakes as shown in photo.
- 7Use decorating icing to draw laces on football as shown in photo.
