OREO Peanut Butter Pretzel Cheesecake Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1¼ cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 24 <a href=" https://www.snackworks.com/brands/oreo/">OREO Cookies</a>
  • 12 miniature pretzel twists
  • 2 Tbsp. lightly salted peanuts, chopped

Putting it together

  1. 1.

    Beat Neufchatel cheese, peanut butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. 

  2. 2.

    Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.

  3. 3.

    Crumble 1 cookie into each of 12 (4-oz.) plastic shot glasses.

  4. 4.

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the Neufchatel cheese mixture evenly over crumbled cookies in shot glasses. 

  5. 5.

    Crumble 1 of the remaining cookies over ingredients in each shot glass, then top with 1 broken pretzel.

  6. 6.

    Top with remaining whipped topping, then peanuts. 

Tips and Tricks

Variation:

Substitute your favorite NABISCO Cookies, such as CHIPS AHOY! Cookies or NUTTER BUTTER Cookies, for the OREO Cookies.

Variation:

Substitute almond butter for the peanut butter and chopped almonds for the peanuts.

Make Ahead:

These fun single-serving treats can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 4 hours before serving.
