
OREO-Pretzel "In-a-Cloud" Bars

Ingredients
- 36 OREO Cookies, divided
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ coarsely chopped pretzels
- ¼ tsp. coarse sea salt
Putting it together
- 1.Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2.Chop 10 cookies coarsely; set aside. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- 3.Top with dollops of marshmallow creme, leaving 1/2-inch border around all sides. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, pretzels and chopped cookies; press lightly into crust.
- 4.Bake 15 min. or until marshmallow creme starts to look dry around edges. Cool completely. Sprinkle with salt.
Tips and Tricks
For Easy Cutting:To cleanly cut through sticky marshmallow-topped desserts, use a sharp knife which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. And to make this dessert even easier to cut, refrigerate it 30 min. before cutting into bars to serve.
How to Easily Remove Dessert from Pan:Line pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray, then use to bake dessert as directed. When completely cooled, use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
