Tips and Tricks
Substitute:If you don't have button candies, you can make the eyes with dots of black decorating gel instead.
Snowmen Cookie Balls:Prepare these cute treats without the lollipop sticks. To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls on prepared pan; decorate as directed. Let stand until chocolate coating is firm.
Size Wise:Serve these whimsical treats at your next holiday party. Each cookie ball pop has built-in portion control to help your guests enjoy a treat while keeping tabs on portions.
Variation:Instead of ear muffs, decorate the pops with a top hat. Top each pop with a split Mini OREO Cookie with cream removed. Dip miniature marshmallows in melted semi-sweet baking chocolate; place on mini cookies for the snowmen's hats.
