
Tangy Lemon-OREO Strawberries

Ingredients
- 12 strawberries, hulled
- 15 Mini Golden OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon curd
Putting it together
- 1.Cut bottom tips off strawberries; discard. Stand strawberries on plate.
- 2.Crush 3 cookies finely; mix with sour cream and lemon curd until blended. Spoon into tops of strawberries.
- 3.Top with remaining cookies.

Make Ahead:Sour cream mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.
