Tangy Lemon-OREO Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries, hulled
  • 15 Mini Golden OREO Bite Size Cookies, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon curd

Putting it together

  1. 1.
    Cut bottom tips off strawberries; discard. Stand strawberries on plate.
  2. 2.
    Crush 3 cookies finely; mix with sour cream and lemon curd until blended. Spoon into tops of strawberries.
  3. 3.
    Top with remaining cookies.

Make Ahead:Sour cream mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.
