Ingredients
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 0.25 cup pumpkin, canned
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 0.75 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 34 RITZ Crackers
- 1 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios, shelled
Putting it together
- 1.Beat first 4 ingredients in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Whisk in whipped topping.
- 2.Spread cream cheese mixture onto 17 crackers; top with remaining crackers to make 17 sandwiches. Arrange on serving tray to resemble Christmas tree as shown in photo.
- 3.Spoon chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to draw lines on tree for the Christmas lights wires. Add cranberries and nuts for the lights.
- 4.Refrigerate 1 hour.

Variation: Prepare using Neufchatel cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
