Ingredients
- 1 pkg. brick cream cheese, (8 oz.), softened
- 0.5 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pkg. real bacon bits, (3 oz.), divided
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- null RITZ Crackers
Putting it together
- 1.Mix cream cheese and onion powder. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- 2.Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the bacon bits; top with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and remaining bacon bits. Cover.
- 3.Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
Tips and Tricks
How to Soften Cream Cheese: Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds or until slightly softened.
