Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) sugar
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (4 oz/115 g) unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp 95 mL) vanilla
- 1-1/4 cups (300 mL) flour
- 12 OREO Cookies, chopped, divided
Putting it together
- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C.). Spray 13x9-inch (33x23-cm) pan with cooking spray.
- Mix sugar, butter and melted chocolate in large bowl until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour until blended.
- Stir in 1 cup (250 mL) chopped cookies; spread onto bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
