OREO Milk Shake

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. chocolate syrup, (20 mL)
  • 10 OREO Cookies, divided
  • 1 cup milk, (250 mL)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, (500 mL), softened
  • 2 tsp. multi-colored sprinkles, (10 mL/10 g)

Putting it together

  1. 1.Spoon 1 tsp. (5 mL) syrup into each of 4 glasses. Roll each glass to coat bottom and inside of glass. Finely chop 6 cookies.
  2. 2.Quarter remaining cookies; place in blender. Add milk and ice cream; blend until smooth.
  3. 3.Pour into prepared glasses; top with chopped cookies and sprinkles. Serve immediately.

Tips and Tricks

Size-Wise: You'll know it's a special occasion when you get to enjoy a serving of these frosty milk shakes.
Substitute: Prepare using frozen vanilla yogurt.
How to Soften the Ice Cream: Measure ice cream; let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 min. or until slightly softened.
