OREO PB & Chocolate Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 OREO Cookies
  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup chocolate spread
  • OREO Cookies

Putting it together

  1. 1.
    Chop 5 cookies finely.
  2. 2.
    Mix peanut butter and honey in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir.
  3. 3.
    Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the chopped cookies. Stir remaining chopped cookies into peanut butter mixture; spread onto bottom of microwaveable 9-inch pie plate.
  4. 4.
    Spoon chocolate spread into small microwaveable bowl. Microwave 20 sec.; stir. Drop teaspoonfuls of the chocolate spread onto peanut butter mixture; swirl gently with knife. Sprinkle with reserved chopped cookies.

    Serve with additional cookies for dipping.

Tips and Tricks

Serving Suggestion:Serve with fresh fruit dippers, such as strawberries, sliced bananas and/or pineapple chunks, in addition to the OREO Cookies.
How to Store:Store any leftover dip at room temperature.
Substitite:Substitute almond butter for the peanut butter.
